AS YOU ARE: A TRAUMA INFORMED WORKSHOP WITH CODY

This workshop welcomes you to the practice of yoga as you are. To develop a positive relationship with your body, cultivate non-judgmental curiosity towards your internal experience, emphasize present-moment focus, own and foster your internal strengths and resources, and assume command of your practice. The class will be gentle in effort, featuring mostly static poses with some dynamic movement. We will end with ample time for relaxation and guided meditation.  Your body has things to say. Let’s learn to listen. $20, $8 for POC
